toronto institute of pharmaceutical technology建于1992年，是北美高端制药业教学与技术研发机构。tipt的就业服务顾问，负责联系制药业与学校毕业生。每年，部门都积极联络企业，向企业传达tipt的大量优秀毕业生的信息。每两年也会组织一次tipt的招聘会，将毕业生与制药企业集合在一起。同时部门也会帮助毕业生理解如何能成功申请到制药业的工作，其中包括简历撰写的技巧，面试准备以及理解企业。
2014年，tipt 毕业生6个月后的就业率为83%（另9%学生继续深造）。
